Got Questions?

What is the membership notice period?
+
Adult memberships and Jr.EP memberships require 6 weeks notice to leave. Personal training is separate. We keep the terms clear upfront so there are no surprises.
What's included in the 7-day free trial?
+
Everything. Unlimited EP Train, EP Strong, EP Engine and EP Lunch Train classes across the full week. No credit card required and no pressure to commit during the trial. Come in, try the classes, meet the community, and see if EP is right for you.
Do I need any experience to join EP Train?
+
You do not need to be elite. Most people come in slightly nervous. Every movement is coached and scalable, so you will be challenged at the right level without being thrown in the deep end.
How does billing work?
+
Memberships are billed weekly by direct debit. You'll set this up when you join. No hidden fees and no joining costs. Adult and Jr.EP memberships require 6 weeks notice to leave.
Can my child join Jr.EP with no fitness background?
+
Absolutely. Jr.EP is designed for all levels, from complete beginners to kids who compete in sport. We specialise in building fundamentals — so the less background they have, the more we can build. Get in touch and we'll find the right fit for your child.
Can I do both a membership and PT sessions?
+
Yes, and many members do. PT sessions with Chris complement your group training — they're a great way to add targeted work for specific goals, injury management, or performance. Talk to us about a combined approach.
