Jr.EP is not only for sporty kids. It is for young people who need to learn the fundamentals of fitness: gym etiquette, safe movement, body control, strength basics, work capacity and confidence.

We still help kids who play sport become stronger, faster and more capable — but the main goal is simpler: teach them how to move well, train safely and feel comfortable in a gym environment.

MechanicsHow They Move

We start with movement quality: squats, hinges, pushes, pulls, landing, control and positions before load or intensity.

ImbalancesFinding What Is Weak

Every child has gaps. We look for left vs right, front vs back and the muscles or movement patterns that need more attention.

StrengthThe Foundation

Age-appropriate strength work builds confidence, protects joints, improves posture and gives kids the physical base they need.

Aerobic FitnessWork Capacity

We develop engine and repeatability so they can work hard, recover better and perform for longer.

Speed & PowerThe Output

Speed and power are the finishing touches. Mechanics, strength and fitness come first — then we express it.
