Your week should build more than sweat. Monday, Wednesday and Friday are flagship EP Train days. Tuesday and Thursday split into EP Strong and EP Engine, so you can build strength, muscle, capacity and performance without random fatigue every day.

EP Strong + Engine

After completing his degree in Sports Recreation at Lincoln University, Chris founded Eaden Project in 2014. What started as a passion project has grown into one of Christchurch's most loved fitness communities.
