Your week should build more than sweat. Monday, Wednesday and Friday are flagship EP Train days. Tuesday and Thursday split into EP Strong and EP Engine, so you can build strength, muscle, capacity and performance without random fatigue every day.
6:00am, 5:30pm and 6:30pm. Functional training with strength and conditioning.
EP Strong at 5:30pm and 7:00pm. EP Engine at 6:15pm. Low-impact strength, aesthetics and capacity work.
EP is for people who want their training to mean something. Not random circuits. Not commercial gym guessing. Coach-led training that builds strength, conditioning, movement quality and confidence.
